British forward Luke Ferrara adds to his busy summer schedule as he prepares to lace his skates and take to the ice for the Bethany-Shannon Memorial Ice-Hockey Festival 2018.
The Coventry Blaze forward joined the roster for the 2017/18 season from the Sheffield Steelers and has recently re-signed on a two-year contract following his most productive Elite League season to date. 2017/18 saw Luke score 11 goals and bag 17 assists, earning a well-deserved 28 points in 48 regular season games. He also put his name on the leaderboard during the Challenge Cup fixtures with 2 goals and 1 assist in 6 games.
Luke then added to his success, making the 23-man GB squad, followed by scoring his first goal for Great Britain in just his second World Championship appearance. The 24 year old played a big part in the sensational gold medal campaign for Great Britain in Budapest, helping the team to beat the odds and gain promotion to the top level of the World Championships where they will compete for the first time since 1994.
Come along to the Skydome on Saturday 9th June 2018 to see Luke Ferrara, along with David Clements and a few other familiar faces, lacing up their skates in support of Bethany's Legacy. Book your tickets now using the link below!
